A Little More about me:

I’m Micaela — a Massachusetts native now living the Sonoma County dream. My nearly 20 year career journey started with concierge work and has wound me through fundraising, event management, consulting, and even wrangling preschoolers (same energy, different audience). These varied roles, along with a bit of cosmic guidance and patiently waiting for the time to be right, all led me to pull the trigger and ultimately create my dream business, FLOCK.

WHY FLOCK?

I started FLOCK because I love making the plans, the surprises, thinking of all the details, and more importantly celebrating life’s small and big moments. I constantly want to shout from the rooftops about how truly amazing, fun, beautiful, and delicious Sonoma County is, especially when you experience it with your own FLOCK.

WHY should you WORK WITH ME?

I can get creative with a budget if needed and at the same time can find the level of luxury you are seeking. I love to think outside the box so that every celebration feels special. I love surprises and thinking of all the ways to make sure it stays a surprise and I can stay strangely calm in stressful situations. I do get good feedback from those I’ve worked with, hopefully that’s the case with you too!

Outside of work:

When I’m not working or mothering my two wild boys, you can usually find me not sitting down, trying to sneak a quick workout in, finding an excuse to go get a coffee or a delicious adult beverage downtown, or trying to make my family hang outside with me.
